Swing Dance

Swing 1 -Beginning Class: Students learn the 6 count east coast swing. No experience or partner required. We will start from the beginning and focus on fun.
Swing 2 -Intermediate Class: We will build on the foundation of east coast swing material and move into Lindy hop. We will also work on partnering skills and connection. East Coast swing experience necessary, no partner needed.

Samba/Afro-Brazilian Dance with live band!

Experience the joy of Brazilian carnival while learning samba, samba-reggae, maracatu, and other dances to the driving rhythms of live Brazilian drumming! The class starts with a gentle warm-up based on the Feldenkrais Method® that eases you into the full-body movements of the dance. This class is great if you're new to Afro-Brazilian dance, or if you want to hone the basics. It's a great workout as well! All classes feature LIVE Brazilian music and drumming!

Mondays 6:30p-8p

Good Soil: Blues from the Ground Up

This is the place to begin learning Blues Dance.  We will build an understanding of base movement principles and applying these techniques to the blues aesthetic and artistic expression.
