We offer significant discounts for non-profit organizations & neighborhood groups and can sometimes offer further discounts for educational arts related events.

Rates vary depending on the day of week, number of people attending, public or private event, food & drinks, event complexity, decor, equipment uses, and how far out the event is scheduled.

Pricing Examples

Ongoing Class/Weekday Hours $15-40/hr depending on the room. Rates vary depending on the day of week, number of people attending, public/private, food/drinks, event complexity, decor, equipment uses, and even how far out the event is scheduled.

Weekend/Peak Hours $200-700 depending on the room. Rates vary depending on the day of week, number of people attending, public/private, food/drinks, event complexity, decor, equipment uses, and even how far out the event is schedule.

Individual rooms also available for rent...
Fireside Meeting Room (10-15 people) - 1st floor, adjacent to Kitchen
Medium Meeting Room (8-12) - 2nd floor
Kitchen - 1st floor (not all NSF yet)
Lobby (8-12) - 2nd floor
Typically there is a 2-3 hour minimum fee for meetings or small groups.
