The Rental Process has a few steps...

Here's what to expect as we help you put together an amazing & artistic event at The Abbey:

PHASE 1: BOOK IT!

1) Check our
calendar & event guide { FAQ, vendor list, policies}

2) Take a
tour or attend an event to see the venue in action

3) If you don't need a tour in person, just note that in the RSVP form and describe your event a little. All we need to book the event really is the date, times, type, and budget.

4) We'll respond with questions to gather more information about your event and offer the Event Proposal form. Then you'll receive an estimate & contract from Abbey Staff
[Due to part time staff, it's usually 4-8 business days depending on the time of year, but you can followup to arts(at)fremontabbey.org if you haven't heard from us
after 5 business days. Phone calls only if very urgent please - 206-414-8325.]

5) Confirm Date by sending in your Contract & 50% Deposit


PHASE 2: PLAN IT!

6) Refine basic details, add services, staffing, tech equipment, etc. via email or during your walk through meeting with Abbey staff.

7) Complete Event Checklist with Abbey Staff during your 1st walk through meeting (60-120 days out from your event depending on type of event)

8) Finalize payments and all plans in your 2nd walk through meeting (30 days out)
