    Space Use Form

    Flexible rates and special discounts for local artists, small businesses, and community members!

    In order to support local creators and small businesses, we’re exploring ways to see how we can boost each other during these next seasons. We’re offering a pay-what-you-can model, including offering volunteer opportunities in exchange for discounted space use.

    What can you do here?

    Private Rehearsals –
    Need a quiet place to rehearse? We have a few spaces available!

    Filming/Recording/Livestreaming –
    bring in your own crew, or we can help connect you to one (we’ve been partnering with Sessions in Place) to create content

    Meeting Space –
    While many offices are closed, we can offer space to meet in person while ensuring everyone is safely distanced

    Public Classes/Workshops –
    Are you an instructor? We can provide the space, A/V equipment, a ticketing/donation platform, PR, and more!

    Renters will be responsible for fully complying with Washington State and King County Health Guidelines.
