Abbey Artist Boost Program Goals:
Limited grants of event space, production support and extra event/artist promotion available for limited dates each year.
Potential for recording & video sessions may be available in connection with your event.
Most public events will be ticketed, and artists will be paid out 80% or more of ticket revenue.
Artists never have to pay to play at Abbey Arts venues.
In some cases, grants will cover costs and artists will be paid a stipend if a free public event is required by the grant.
Apply now for limited dates at Ballard Homestead & Fremont Abbey.
Other venues may be available for events that have a large draw / proven ticket sales history.
Program criteria:
– Artist groups helping or involving underserved communities
– Simple events not involving too much planning or logistics

Simply email us your proposal! Include a brief creative narrative (1-2 paragraphs at most) and 3-5 bullet points of your main ideas, if you need specific dates, etc.
